Classes run Monday 17 to Friday 21 August 2026 Move, create, and connect! Bring movement and rhythm to life through music and imagination In these sessions, Sarah combines contemporary techniques with playful, rhythm-driven creative tasks inspired by her experience of conducting and performing with STOMP. You'll develop clarity, coordination, and control while exploring how your body responds to sound, rhythm, and texture. Through structured technique work and imaginative tasks, you'll build musical awareness and physical detail, leading into collaborative choreography. The class culminates in a short piece where movement, rhythm, and contemporary dance come together to create energy, expression, and a sense of story.
